We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise and schedules occasionally need to change. To ensure we can continue providing the highest level of service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least [24 hours] in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than [24 hours] notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of [$25]. Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice (“no-shows”) will be charged [$25 & a non-refundable deposit if client wishes to re-book]. Providing adequate notice allows us the opportunity to offer that appointment time to another client. Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and continued support.
